Auto updater removes the UnityEngine library import in a child class
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (ImportTestProject.zip) with Unity 5.4
2. Observe the Sample2.cs contains using UnityEngine
3. Open the attached project (ImportTestProject.zip) with Unity 5.5/5.6/2017
4. Observe the Sample2.cs does not contain using UnityEngine
Expected result: UnityEngine library should not be removed
Actual result: Auto updater removes the UnityEngine library
Reproduced with: 5.4 -> 5.4 5.5.2p4, 5.6.0f2, 2017.1.0a4
