Regression
Yes
Audio Reverb Zone still produces sound when the Audio Source volume is 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ReverbZoneBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “REVERB-BUG-REPRO-SCENE“ Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Enable the “1-Pop“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
5. Enable the “2-Footstep“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
6. Observe the audio
Expected result: No sound is heard from the “2-Footstep“ GameObject
Actual result: A reverb sound from the “2-Footstep“ GameObject is heard
Reproducible in: 6000.0.0b16, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b2
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.0b15
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2), macOS 15.1.1 (by the reporter)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- If the second sound is played first, it will not produce the sound (as expected)
- If the Audio Source volume is set to anything other than 0, the Reverb Zone will respect the volume
