Audio Files generate a different dep hash when reimported
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “webglhashes” using WebGL as the Platform
2. In the project window, navigate to Assets > ExpandedView
3. Right-click on the “BonusBonnie” asset and select “Reimport”
4. Observe the hash printed in the Console
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 one more time
Expected result: Printed hashes are the same
Actual result: Printed hashes are different
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a8
Reproducible on: MacOS 12.2.1 (Intel)
