[Audio] DSP Buffer Size sets to Best performance when trying to set to default
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Audio settings
3. Try to change DSP buffer Size to default
Actual result: Choosing default for DSP buffer Size automatically corrects to Best performance
Expected result: Should be able to set DSP buffer Size to default
Reproduced in : 2018.2.0a1; 2019.1.0b5; 2018.2.20f1; 2018.3.7f1; 2019.1.0b5; 2019.2.0a6
Not reproducible in 2017.4.21f1
