Assets sub directory with chinese characters hangs the editor
1. Create a new project.
2. Create a new sub folder with chinese character as its name in assets folder.
3. Back to the Unity Editor, the Editor will hang.
Also, this issue will happen when you import a package that include a path with chinese characters on OSX.
