Assets in Project view are not highlighted when selected, if icon scaling is smallest
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open any Unity project
2. Navigate to the Project window
3. Set scale of icons to smallest with the slider
4. Select any asset
*Actual results:* UI does not show any feedback that an asset has been selected in the Project window
*Expected results:* asset is highlighted if selected
*Reproducible with versions:* 2023.3.0b11
*Tested on (OS):* Win10
*Notes:*
* With some icons (like of type Material), the icon changes color as an indicator of selection
