Assets in Project view are not highlighted when selected, if icon scaling is smallest
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Navigate to the Project window
3. Set scale of icons to smallest with the slider
4. Select any asset
Actual results: UI does not show any feedback that an asset has been selected in the Project window
Expected results: asset is highlighted if selected
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0b11
Tested on (OS): Win10
Notes:
- With some icons (like of type Material), the icon changes color as an indicator of selection
