“AssetImportWorkerHW” errors thrown in the Console when deleting active Meta Quest Profile in Build Profiles
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Build Profiles window
3. Add Meta Quest Platform via “Add Build Profile” button
4. Switch to Meta Quest Platform to make it Active
5. Delete Meta Quest Platform
6. Observe the Console window
Actual results: “The AssetImportWorkerHW1 has crashed. Please report a bug with the following Stack Trace” errors are thrown in the Console window after removing Meta Quest platform
Expected results: No warnings are thrown in the Console after removing Meta Quest Platform
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.69f1 (Meta Quest Platform not available)
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3 (M1), Ubuntu 24.04
