[AssetBundles] which contain scenes tries to compile scripts for every bundle

Asset Loading


Steps to reproduce:
1) open users attached project
2) Toolbar menu > Assets > Asset Bundles > Build Asset Bundles

Actual: First step of every assetbundle building is "Compiling scripts..."
Expected: Script compilation should only happen once

    This bug is still live in 5.5p3 its very annoying bug !!!

    It doesn't re-compile the scripts when building other kinds of asset bundles like prefabs, materials, etc. Although building the scene bundles seem to go through different pipeline, it would be great if the re-compiling stage could be skipped.

    No one should be able to hack and reprogram scripts to were play mode don't work for any project. All I wanted to do was download and import a bundle of assets and you all thought it would be a fun idea to screw up play mode to were nothing runs. Stay out of my stuff. I'm new to unity and I don't know anything about programming in any language so i can't reprogram the scripts in the compilier. Fix It!

    This issue is making our build multiple hours instead of minutes. Feels like a super simple fix. Please, for the love of God, fix this please!
