[Asset Pipeline V2] Editor crashes when calling AssetDatabase.DeleteAsset for a Scene in OnPostprocessAllAssets
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (CrashDeleteScene)
2. Dirty the Scene(e.g. create a GameObject)
3. Save the Scene
Expected result: the Editor does not crash
Actual result: the Editor freezes/crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.2.16f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.0a4(Asset Pipeline V2 unavailable)

Indeed, I have a very similar issue for version 2019.4 LTS. When I want to use ASSETDATABASE.DELETEASSET in AssetModificationProcessor.OnWIllDeleteAsset(...) it crashes also!
which on the other side works fine when you delete it in some scriptable object code or monobehav code!
