!asset->IsFolderAsset()' error is thrown when building a AssetBundle containing a sprite atlas
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to menu bar -> Assets -> select Built AssetBundle
3. Go to the Console window and inspect the error
Expected result: No errors appear in the Console window
Actual result: The Console window is filled with Assertion failed on expression: '!asset->IsFolderAsset()'
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0b12,2019.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.17f1, 2019.1.0a10
