[Asset Bundle][Prefab] Prefabs that have Asset Bundles assigned loses a reference to them after upgrading to 2018.3.0a6 or later
How to reproduce:
1. Open "PrefabAssetBundles" project with Unity version prior to 2018.3.0a6
2. Click on "Cube" prefab in Assets window, notice that it has Asset Bundle assigned with a name of "example"
3. Open 2018.3.0b1 or any version with the improved prefabs
4. Click on "Cube" prefab in Assets window, notice that it does not have Asset Bundle assigned anymore and the Asset Bundle is set to - "None"
Expected result - It should still have Asset Bundle assigned with the name of "example"
Reproducible with - All versions after 2018.3.0a6 (probably related to new Prefab workflow)
Fixed in - 2018.3.0b1
