Assertion raises in console after undoing ApplyAll prefab instance's operation
Steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Scene1 scene
3. Select P_BuildingShanty01_02 prefab instance
4. Open Overrides window and click Apply All button
5. Undo
==>
"Assertion failed on expression: '!(o->TestHideFlag(Object::kDontSaveInEditor) && (options & kAllowDontSaveObjectsToBePersistent) == 0)'" raises in console
