Aspect Ratio Fitter causes its sibling to move when Transform is set to stretch and is placed at the top of the hierarchy level
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Observe how the UI looks
3. Delete "Layer" gameObject
4. Drag the prefab "Layer" under XUIRoot
Expected result: same as before
Actual result: any other images are moved out of position
Reproduced on 2017.3.0f1, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.3.0b3
Not reproduced on 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0b11
Regression introduced in 2017.3.0f1
Notes:
- If AspectRatioFitter is set to a not streched setting, the problem no longer happens
- If AspectRatioFitter is placed on the bottom of the hierarchy level, the problem doesn't happen
