UUM-12755
Regression
No
Articulation Body drifts when changing the Anchor Position values in the Inspector
Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project
# Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
# Enter the Play Mode
# Select the Child GameObject of the “GameObject” named “AB with drive" in the Hierarchy window
# Change any coordinate on the “Anchor Position” and then change it to the starting value
# Observe the “Ab with Drive” GameObject’s position in comparison to its parent GameObject
Expected result: The “Ab with Drive” GameObject’s position remains correctly relevant to the parent
Actual result: Each recalculation, the amount that the “Ab with Drive” GameObject was moved by the drive accumulates into its position, therefore it drifts
Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a9
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2)

Resolution Note:
The anchors are calculated relative to the current pose, so if the Articulation has been moved by the joint drive, it will drift each time anchors are recalculated. It is intended for anchors to be modified only during setup.
