"ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values." is thrown when selecting an Input Device removed from the Control Scheme in the Input Actions
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Assets/Characters/Player/PlayerControls.inputactions
3. Click on the All Control Schemes dropdown in the Input Actions window
4. Select "Nimbus"
5. Repeat step 3
6. Click Edit Control Scheme...
7. Remove "Nimbus+ Gamepad" from the list
8. Click Save
9. Click Save Asset
10. Click on the All Devices dropdown
11. Select "Nimbus+ Gamepad"
Expected results: There is no "Nimbus+ Gamepad" option to select
Actual results: "ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values." is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 1.5.1 (2021.3.22f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.5f1, 2023.2.0a17), 1.6.3 (2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4)
