ArgumentException when creating a Font Asset with "Get Kerning Pairs" checked via Font Asset Creator
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the Avalon.tff to the project
3. Install TMP package
4. Window > TextMeshPro > Font Asset Creator
5. Set Avalon.tff as "Source Font File"
6. Check "Get Kerning Pairs"
7. Create the asset
Actual result: "ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: 0" error appears.
Expected result: No errors appears.
Reproducible with: 2019.2.15f1 (2.0.1), 2019.3.0f2 (2.0.1).
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15 (3.0.0), 2018.4.14f1 (1.4.1).
