[ARFoundation] Editor Freezes when Managed XRCameraSubsystem is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1300312Repro.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter and Exit Play mode
4. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Editor does not freeze, enters the play mode
Actual result: Editor freezes
Reproducible with: AR Foundation 4.1.1 (2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b3, 2021.2.0a2)
Could not test with: 2018.4.31f1 (subsystem package incompatibility)
