[ARFoundation][ARKit][iOS][URP] Camera Background doesn't work when stacking cameras
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project 'AR URP Overlay Issue - iOS 2020'
2. Build and Run on iOS
3. Move the device to see the cube
4. Press the "Overlay On" button
Actual: The cube disappears
Expected: The cube doesn't disappear and is seen along with the spawned circle
Reproducible with: 2020.2.2f1 - URP 10.2.2 - AR 4.1.3, 2021.1.0b4 - URP 11.0.0 - AR 4.1.3, Couldn't build project on 2021.2
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.17f1 - URP 9.0.0 - AR 4.1.3
