[ARCore] Graphics Jobs cause black screen when using ARCore
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Build it for Android (make sure the device is compatible with ARCore)
Expected: device camera is active
Actual: black screen
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
Note1: could not test on earlier releases due to project not being compatible, possibly a regression
