Application.internetReachability does not update value when used in WebGL build
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached "InternetReach" project
2. Build and run project on WebGL
3. Notice that Internet reachability will be shown as "ReachableViaLocalAreaNetwork"
4. Unplug or disable your internet
Expected result: Internet reachability shows "NotReachable"
Actual result: Internet reachability continues to be shown as "ReachableViaLocalAreaNetwork"
Reproducible with: 2017.2.3p4, 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.8f1, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
Notes: Going through the same steps works as expected in the Editor
