Apk freezes when rapidly calling the Texture.GetNativeTexturePtr function
Steps to reproduce:
1. Build and run the user-attached project
Expected: no freeze
Actual: build freezes
Reproduced in: 2019.1.10f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a9
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.30f1*, 2018.4.5f1*
Notes:
*Can't build due to Compiler errors
ARMv7 did not provide a reproduction on any phone
Not reproducible on Windows standalone
Reproduced on IL2CPP, Mono only lets me build on Armv7, which does not provide with an issue
