Any Windows Phone 8.1 build fails WACK
Steps to reproduce:
1. Build any project to a folder
2. Open it with Visual Studio
3. Go to menu Project -> Store -> Create App Packages...
4. Select Yes to be able to run WACK
5. Create App package with any reserved and run Windows App Certification Kit. It will fail with unsupported API. See attached WACK_API.txt
Why won't fix?
Builds are actually passing the WACK. Visual Studio has to be updated to the newest public version.

Hello I think that the problem is in Visual Studio. Try to install the last version of Visual Sudio 2015 preview. I hope this help
