Another instance of Editor opens when trying to open Asset Store window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "New Unity Project.zip"
2. Click on Window > Asset Store
Expected result: Asset Store Window opens in Editor
Actual result: New instance of Unity Editor opens
Reproducible with - 2019.2.0a4
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.20f1, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a3
Notes: If Asset Store Window is not closed, in all future opened projects Asset Store Window will be opened and this bug will happen

Same issue, was trying to update an asset when this bug happened.
