[Animator] Custom names in Animator Parameters get reset to default when adding more Parameters
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project ("Space Adventure.zip") either using the EnvIronman VM (more information in Edit) or locally
2. Open the "Idle_0" animation in the Animator window
3. Add any parameter and change its name
4. Add another parameter
Expected: The previous parameter name does not get reset to a default value
Actual: Previous parameter name gets reset to a default value
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a22, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a2,
Not reproduced with: 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.6f1,2020.1.0a21
