AnimationClipPlayable with Animator.Play(playable) does not play second animation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Repro.zip"
2. Open "Sample" scene
3. Play
4. Check the "Is Running" toggle
5. Notice that animation is no longer playing
6. Now Toggle "Active" twice to re-enable gameobject
7. Notice that different animation is playing
Expected result: animations switch without stopping when using playable
Actual result: Animator fails to play second animation when using playable
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b21, 5.3.5p2, 5.2.4f1
