Animation stucks in state with exit time is 0.9998 and transition duration is 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "784470Transition.zip"
2. Open Bug scene
3. Select unitychan in hierarchy and open Animator window
4. Play the scene
Actual: Animation gets stuck at Pose02 (state's exit time is set to 0.9998 and transition duration is 0)
Expected: Animation transitions to another state
Not reproducible: 5.3.4p4, 5.4.0b9

- Animation stops at the end of the transition duration when the Animator preview is played
