[Anima2D] In "SpriteMesh Editor" window, shift key triggers new vertex creation when the window is not active
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Anima2DRebindErrors.zip" and scene "GameScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "LeftFoot" object (an image in SpriteMesh Editor appears)
3. While Unity project is not minimized, hold cursor on the desktop and press "Shift"
4. Observe "SpriteMesh Editor" window
Expected result: "Shift" button press only works when "SpriteMesh Editor" window is active
Actual result: by pressing "Shift" key anywhere, you can see updates in "SpriteMesh Editor" window
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.3.0a4
