[Anima2D] (IK) incompatibility with Prefab Isolation Mode - target bones do not move when animation is played
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA attached project
2. "02 Level 01" scene and select the Mummy game object
3. Play the animation and observe that target bones move correctly
4. Select Assets\Prefabs\Monsters\Mummy.prefab and enter prefab isolation mode
5. Play the "Mummy" object animation and observe that target bones do not move
Expected result: target bones should move when animation is played in prefab isolation mode
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a13, 2018.3.1f1
