[Anim] can't animate Material on child GameObject
Reproduction steps:
1. Open ChildMat scene
2. Select GameObject GO and open the Animation Window
3. Select Sphere GO (child), enable rec mode and change a material property
bug: keys are not created
expected: keys should be created as soon as a property is modified
Reproduced in: Version 2017.3.0a2 (fa0da2bd5a61)
No repro in: Version 2017.2.0b5 (9b4733af38e7) Branch: 2017.2/staging, 2017.3.0a1
