[Android][Vulkan] When using Antialiasing with Vulkan the FPS fluctuates from 40-60
Reproduction steps:
1. Download the project from the Google Drive link
2. In the Quality settings set the Antialiasing to 2x, 4x or 8x
3. Build for Android
4. Observe the FPS fluctuations in the top right corner
Expected result: FPS does not fluctuate and is steady at 60 FPS
Actual result: FPS fluctuates from 40-60
Reproduces on: 2021.1.0a8, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a5
Does not reproduce on: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.0a7
