[Android]Vulkan doesn't work on android devices with 7.x OS if Virtual Reality Supported is enabled with Cardboard
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open project from the link
2. Build and run for android
-Crash(sometimes requires more tries to run the app)
Notes:
1) Crash only happens on android phones with 7.1 OS
2) When app launched only black screen is visible on android phones with 7.0 & 7.1 OS
3) Everything works as expected on devices with OS 6.0.1 and lower (until VR is supported)
Results: application doesn't work on android devices with 7.x OS when Vulkan is selected in Graphics API and Virtual Reality supported is enabled with Cardboard
Reproduced with: 5.6.0b11, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0a6
On 2017.1.a6 when building to android, the application crashed after exiting it.
