[Android][VR] Virtual Reality Splash screen doesn't show up when using certain size textures
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Go to Player Settings
3. In Splash Image dropdown add OculusLogo.png(1637x1640) to "Virtual Reality Splash Screen"
4. Build & Run on VR supported device
5. Notice a black area instead of splash screen
Expected result: certain size images should be displayed on VR supported device
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a9, 2018.1.0f1, 2017.4.1f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.2.2p1
