[Video] Video is glitching and sound is distorted on device when video playback speed is increased

# Open the attached project "NewVideoPlayer-TestProject.zip"
# Go to File > Build Settings
# Make sure that the "Render Texture", "Far Plane", "Near Plane", "Material Override", "API Only", "URL" and "Transcoded Videos" Scenes are added in Scenes in Build
# Switch to the Android Platform
# Build and Run
# In opened application press on the "Playback Speed" button
# With slider help increase playback speed
# Observe the video

Expected: Video is playing at increased speed
Actual: Video is glitching, and the sound is distorted

  1. Resolution Note:

    Performance issues introduced with the introduction of time update mode support have been addressed. Distorted sound, however, is a pre-existing situation, hinting at the simplicity of audio speed-change implementation.
