Crash on physx::shdfnd::atomicIncrement when adjusting values on a character controller component after entering Play mode in Prefab edit mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Open “Assets/Data/Prefabs/SelfModel/PlayerCharacterWithAnimationsTest.prefab“ in Prefab edit mode
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Change the “Slope Limit” value of the Character Controller
Expected result: “Slope Limit“ value is changed
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 2023.3.0b7
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b8
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
