[Android] Video freezes when built for Android with specific project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Switch to Android Platform
4. Build and Run on an Android device
5. Observe the video in Player
Expected result: The video is playing smoothly
Actual result: Video is stuttering or not playing
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.12f1, 2023.3.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.2.0a15

Still stuck on Unity 2021 due to this issue!! Please, please include the fix in the next 2023 release 🙏🏻

This is a game-breaking issue - it’s existed for months and it’s been a month since the issue was created.
Can we please see a fix in the next 2022 update?

Resolution Note (fix version 6000.0.1f1):
Now draining more video frames during main loop updates so background decoding can keep going even if the main loop does not run at a rate that is >= that of the video rate.
