[Android][Video Player] Video transcoded to H265 on certain PC does not play on Android or causes crash
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "VideoReport" project
2. Notice that both videos are already transcoded to H265 format
3. Build & Run project with "Crash" scene as start scene
Expected result - Video is played on Android device
Actual result - Crash occurs
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a12, 2019.3.0f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.2.0a8
Test notes:
1. There are two videos included in project that are transcoded to H265. Both videos were transcoded on machine with Geforce GTX 1080 and both had the same NVIDIA Encoder version - 26.21.14.4120. One video causes crash though, while another plays fine.
2. VP8, H264 transcoding does not cause crash

Resolution Note:
Unity's support for Cardboard, Daydream, and GearVR has been deprecated in our 2019.3 release and will be removed in a future release. As such, we're deprioritizing our support for those XR platforms, and won't be actively fixing issues related to the platform.
