[Android]Video is not rendered when it is downloaded via url on Android 10
How to reproduce:
1. Download the project from the link provided in the Edit section
2. Build and run to android device
3. Press the "Download Video" button
4. Press the "Prepare Video" and if the video is rendered then the "Play" button
Expected: Video is rendered on Android 10 (see the photos attached in the Edit section)
