[Android][UnityIAP] When calling Application.Quit and relaunching app, it takes 5 more seconds until Splash Screen shows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Turn On Unity IAP
3. Build And Run on an Android device
4. Install and run app
5. Click the back button to quit app
6. Run app again
- Observe that it takes significantly longer to launch now
Expected result: calling Application.Quit and relaunching app, should not take 5 more seconds until Splash Screen shows
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a13, 2019.1.0a12, 2018.2.16f1, 2017.4.18f1
Occurs with Mono and IL2CPP on .NET 4.x and .NET 3.5
