[Android] Camera aspect ratio is incorrect after changing the orientation of Android device in a split screen mode

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build "SampleScene" to Android
3. Open 2 apps split screen (the first app is the one you built, second can be random)
4. Drag marker in the middle up and down to resize the application
5. Rotate to landscape and back to portrait
-Contents in the app should be stretched (for more info see image and video attached)

Expected result: After rotation application contents shouldn't stretch. It should maintain the correct aspect ratio
