[Android] Spotlight, attached to a Player, disappears when it reaches Mesh Renderer

How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Build and run game on a device
3. Wait until enemies become visible on the screen

Expected result: Light is visible when it gets closer to the objects.
Actual result: Spot Light disappears when it gets closer to the Mesh Renderer.

Reproduced with: 2018.2.0b5 - 2018.2.11f1.

Notes:
Can't build on 2018.3.0b3 - 2019.1.0a3 versions because of "[Physics.PhysX] RigidBody::setRigidBodyFlag: kinematic bodies with CCD enabled are not supported! CCD will be ignored" error;
Can't build on 2018.3.0a1 - 2018.3.0a6 because of broken shaders;
2018.2.a01 - 2018.2.0b4: broken view on opening;
2017.4.12f1 - 2017.2.3p4: game over screen on opening;
Reproduces only with a spotlight;
When directional light is additionally attached to a scene, the spotlight doesn't disappear.
