[Android] Spot light is too bright on low-end devices
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project;
2. Build "Scene" scene to device;
3. Open an app in the device;
4. Click "Load 5_3_8f1" until it shows "Load Resources";
5. Load any furniture;
6. Toggle "Direction light", "Spot light" or "Point light" to enable or disable lighting;
Actual result: the Spot Light on low-end devices is too bright ("Comparison.jpg").
Expected result: the Spot Light on low-end devices should be normal as on high-performance devices ("Comparison.jpg").
