[Android] Screen.orientation does not change if rotating device from one landscape to the other or from portrait to upside down
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Hold the device in either landscape orientation and notice the output on the screen
4. Swiftly rotate the device to the other landscape orientation
Actual: The output on the screen which is Screen.orientation isn't updated
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a5, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a4
