[Android] Scene takes a couple of minutes more to load when built from 2019.4 and above and compared to 2017.4 build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "Project_0.zip" in Unity 2017.4
2. Build it to Android
3. Open the same project with 2019.4 or above
4. Built it to Android
5. Compare the loading times of the apps
Expected results: Apps takes around the same amount of time when loading
Actual results: Apps builded with 2019.4 or above loads a lot longer (It can take up to few minutes)
Reproducible with:2019.4, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
Unable to test with: 2018.4.30f1 (due to Android build always failing with many different errors)

VLNQA00294, Oppo OPPO Reno Z (PCDM10), Android 10, CPU: NOT FOUND, GPU: PowerVR Rogue GM9446

VLNQA00279, Samsung Galaxy S10+ (SM-G975U), Android 9, CPU: Snapdragon 855 SM8150, GPU: Adreno (TM) 640
Note: Unable to test with IOS since the xcode build fails with this project
