Android: Protected graphics memory doesn't work on android device
Protected graphics memory doesn't work because EGL_EXT_protected_surface is used instead of EGL_EXT_protected_content. This excludes all Android devices from being compatible with this option.

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
This option didn't work for some time, and it's very rarely used functionality.
We decided to remove this feature as it's not working on many devices and there is no possibility to check if it's working or not.
