[Android] 'Platform does not support compute shaders' errors thrown in Play Mode
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Switch platform to Android
3. Enter Play Mode and observe the Play Mode and the Console
Actual: Shaders not rendered correctly, and "Platform does not support compute shaders" errors appear in the Console
Reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
