Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project, or "[FTP] Particles" project from collab
1.1 Make sure GLES3 is selected as the only Graphics API under Project -> Player settings
2. Build and run "29_GPU_Instancing" scene on device
3. Device should crash/freeze (attaching log from Samsung Galaxy Note 10)
Expected: App loads the spheres and doesn't crash
Actual: App freezes and is unresponsive or just crashes

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
The test scene renders over 50M triangles, that doesn't work on most mobile GPUs, something like 2M would be more realistic.
