[Android] [iOS] OnPointerEnter gets called second time after a tap finishes a cycle
To reproduce:
1) Open later attached project(EventTrigger) and scene in it
2) Build and run on Android or iOS
3) Tap on one of the buttons. Notice that it ends on OnTriggerEnter instead of OnTriggerExit
DUT: HTC Desire 510 (Android 4.4.3)
iPad mini 3 (iOS 8.4.1)
