[Android] Microphone.IsRecording is true for all devices when activating a specific device from the list
How to reproduce:
1. Connect Bluetooth recording device to the Phone
2. Open the attached "UnityAndroidMicrophone_20190416.zip" Project
3. Build and Run the project to the same Phone
4. Click the "List" button to see that both recording devices are not recording
5. Click the "Start1" button to start the recording device with index 0
6. Click the "List" button again to check the recording devices
Expected Behavior: Device with index 0 is recording, but a device with index 1 is not
Actual Behavior: Both devices are recording
Reproducible with: 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
