[Android] Keyboard is not capitalized when using Input Field with Content type set to Name

To reproduce:

1.Download and open "repro898205.7z" project.
2.Build and run project on a device.
3.Tap on the input field and notice that Keyboard letters are lower case.

Expected result: Keyboard letters should be uppercase.
Actual result: Keyboard letters are lowercase.

Reproduced with: 2017.1.0b1, 5.6.0f3, 5.5.3f1, 5.4.5p1.

Notes:Keyboard is not capitalized even if Content type is set to name, thus when writing first letter it is capitalized, but keyboard is not. Issue does not reproduce on IOS devices.
