[Android] Keyboard doesn't open when an InputField is touched with API Level 28
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure Target API Level is set to "Automatic (highest installed)"
3. Build and Run on Android
4. Touch the Input Field
Expected: Keyboard is opened up when the InputField is touched
Actual: The keyboard doesn't open up
Reproducible with: 2017.4.15f1, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b11, 2019.1.0a10

Can this is backported to earlier version? Or some other workaround be provided officially for those with projects in earlier versions?

This will probably be fixed in 2018.3 too. Gonna update on this.

Also encountered on Unity 2018.3.0 will a fix reach this version too ? maybe in the next update ? Some of our client start to enrage because of this :d

Also reproduced on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 with Android 7.0, Unity 2017.4.13f1, Target API Level = 27 (8.1). Opens up a thin strip with the selectable text and an "OK" button, but no virtual keyboard.
